Here is the programs structure.

  1. Terry Riggs will teach you how to Eat Healthy for weight loss. This is NOT calorie restricting. You and Terry are going to make up a meal plan together, every 2 weeks, based on healthy foods you choose to eat. You will follow the meal plan structure and that’s it! Diet Done.

  2. Exercise, ok this is not a swear word. Yes to aid in our weight loss we have to exercise a little. We are going to have you do a variety of aerobics; from stationary bike, spinners, walking and of course kickboxing. You will learn how to make workouts fun, fast and easy. You need to be healthy enough for regular exercise, please consult your physician.

  3. Metabolism, we need to speed up the metabolism for maximum effect. So we are going to be hitting the weights. We will be teaching you a program for maximum efficiency with minimum effort. 

  4. Keeping it Off! Oh sure, getting the weight off is hard enough but keeping it off is a whole different story. At Fitness Made Easy, once you’re at your goal weight, you’ll realize you have all the knowledge and tools needed to maintain permanent loss.
