Truly amazing Martial Arts Gym for kids and adults. All the coaches are exremely knowledgeable, professional and caring. Our Kickboxing coach, Ryan, is exceptional in his teaching technique that brings out the best in anyone willing to learn. The atmosphere is very friendly and warm and it is always easy to find a great partner to train with. As a female student, I feel welcome and safe. Amazing place to learn both grappling and striking. Everyone their is really supportive, especially for beginners. Also helped me lose 30 Ibs just from attending classes!
I joined Warrior MMA in September 2014 and have never regretted doing so. I have had an extremely positive experience at Warrior MMA.
When I attended my first class at Warrior almost 1 year ago I was 280 lbs and had a 46" waist. As of today I have lost a little over 85 lbs and now have a 36" waist. I have gained confidence and improved my overall fitness with the help and mentoring of Terry. He has been a constant support with help on improving technique and eating habits. I don't think I would have made such a drastic personal and physical change had it not been for Warrior MMA.
