WARRIOR JIU-JITSU

If you enjoy learning something new everyday then Warrior Jiu-Jitsu is for you. Jiu-Jitsu is one of the most effective, reality-based fighting systems in the world. An amazing full body and cardiovascular workout, Jiu-Jitsu teaches that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger opponent by using leverage and proper technique; most notably hold downs, joint locks and chokeholds. Serious self-defense is delivered in a sport that is probably the most fun you’ll ever have!

At Warrior we teach authentic Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and co-ordinate internationally with Paraestra BJJ to ensure the highest standards of quality are met. Warrior has a proud tradition of being one of the most competitive Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu teams in the province over the past 15 years, including two Ontario Provincial Team Championship BJJ titles.

The instruction is for all levels of experience, from the completely new beginner to the professional fighter looking to take their game to the next level. Whether your goal is to get in the best shape of your life, learn how to defend yourself or to become a champion competitor, Warrior has the program for you.

Learn the same Jiu-Jitsu foundation as UFC World Champion Carlos Newton and Mixed Martial Arts Champion Tom Waters, both Warrior Jiu-Jitsu practitioners and alumni.
